Paramedic by profession, and fisherman by obsession is a good way to describe myself. I started fishing with my Father and Grandmother at a very young age. My Father took us out on our family fishing boat while I was growing up and I loved being out on the water. I can remember climbing into the boat as a small child in the driveway to pretend we were out on the water even. I have constantly looked for ways to improve the techniques I have learned over the years. Sometimes you just have to go back to basics to catch fish though, so I am always prepared to go back to the old way of doing things when I have to. I have spent half my life now working on an ambulance in my home town and I enjoy my work, just don't care much for all of the politics that go along with it. I  look forward to getting out on the water and fishing in different places each week. The great thing about living in the area we do, is that we can be anywhere from the California Delta to the Mother Lode within an hour in any direction from home. I have been trying to do more with my fishing team concept in the way of this web site and hopefully some products in the near future. I am looking forward to adding lots more content to this site and sharing my love for the outdoors with everyone.
